Escrow Analysis Processor Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Responsibilities
• Review loan data to validate tax, hazard, and other escrowed items
• Order the trial and final mass escrow analysis reports by state each month
• Review each loan to ensure analysis accuracy and update changes and/or corrections to the loans
• Review monthly edit reports of loans not analyzed and make corrections/updates
• Review and analyze loans with force-placed insurance
• Review and analyze loans in foreclosure, loss mitigation, and bankruptcy
• Process designated task queues within the servicing platform
• Communicate with clients regarding escrow analysis questions
• Follow and update mortgage servicing regulatory and compliance guidelines
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or mortgage banking preferred
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage time and priorities wisely
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues
• Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with peers in a team environment to attain common goals
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Compensation Range: $16.54-$24.71 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

About Remote Employment
We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS
