3. Advanced Outreach & Closing

  • Re-establish communication using a consultative, trust-based approach.
  • Convert hesitant prospects into signed agreements through clear explanation of contingency agreements and legal requirements.
  • Guide claimants through the execution of legal documents to ensure timely recovery.

4. CRM & Process Integrity

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all outreach efforts within the CRM.
  • Identify objection patterns and recommend improvements to the sales cycle.

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Persuasive & Analytical: Able to use data and research to build a logical case for the claimant.
  • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude toward stalled leads.
  • Trust-Builder: Quickly establishes rapport with high-net-worth individuals and skeptical heirs.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in asset recovery and inside sales.
  • Demonstrated Closer: Proven track record of managing complex objections and closing high-ticket deals.
  • Executive Presence: Strong communication skills with the ability to project credibility and authority.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort working with CRM systems, investigative databases, and public records.
  • High Ethics: Absolute commitment to transparency and ethical contingency-based recovery.
