LHH is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing organization is seeking an
ERP Administrator to play a key role in a company-wide ERP modernization effort. This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future state of business operations while working closely with IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership. This role will help them transition into a modern ERP solution and be responsible for system configuration, testing, training, integrations, and process optimization.
This is a hybrid remote role, 3 days onsite in South Portland. What You'll Do: - Administer, configure, and support the ERP system across multiple business functions
- Manage workflows, approvals, security, document management, and system configurations
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions through configuration, reporting, or customization
- Build and maintain reports, queries, dashboards, and analytics
- Support integrations with business-critical systems and third-party applications
- Perform screen modifications, workflow enhancements, and light scripting when necessary
- Train users and provide ongoing support across departments
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve processes and maximize ERP adoption
- Work alongside implementation partners and internal teams on a major ERP transformation initiative
Required Experience: - 3+ years of hands on ERP experience.
- Strong Microsoft SQL skills for reporting, analytics, and data extraction
- 1+ year of experience supporting manufacturing operations and business processes
Knowledge of:
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Production Scheduling
- MRP
- BOMs and Routings
- Quality Processes
- Experience with configurations, workflows, reporting, user support, and ERP enhancements
- Strong problem-solving and business partnership skills -Able to train new users on the system
- Infor Syteline ERP experience highly preferred
