Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 DOE + Relocation Assistance
Reports To: Production ManagerBuild the Planning Function That Drives Manufacturing PerformanceFCC Commercial Furniture is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to own our Master Production Schedule (MPS) and help shape the future of manufacturing planning within a growing high-mix operation. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments using our ERP system.Why This Opportunity?

What You Will Do
  • Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using the ERP system.
  • Develop long-, mid-, and short-term production schedules.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP tools to balance customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
  • Identify bottlenecks, scheduling risks, and potential delivery issues before they become problems.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on BOMs, routings, and planning data.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
  • Recommend improvements that increase schedule stability, manufacturing efficiency, and on-time delivery.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of production scheduling or manufacturing planning experience.
  • Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of MRP, Master Scheduling, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and manufacturing lead times.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
