Job Title: Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant
Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at client location. Percentage of travel to client sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Essential Functions:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials functionalities.
• Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and EXP, based on client specifications and best practices.
• Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials capabilities.
• Design and develop customizations, reports, and integrations as required to meet client needs.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and adherence to business requirements.
• Provide end-user training on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, working closely with clients and Oracle support as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.

• Experience with full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in customizations, integrations, and reporting using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials tools.
