Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the final stages of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation across our organization. As the project reaches the critical go-live phase, this role will be central to ensuring a successful deployment by overseeing data migration, process alignment, and user readiness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full lifecycle D365 ERP implementations and a strong grasp of data, process, and user change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ERP implementation project through go-live and stabilization, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the external integration partner to ensure all phases are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Oversee and actively participate in data migration efforts—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data.
  • Drive the development and refinement of business processes, workflows, user roles, and system functionality within D365.
  • Manage change across people, processes, and technology, ensuring user adoption and operational readiness.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports; communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.
