Notre client, une entreprise bien établie et en pleine expansion, se spécialise dans le design et l'implémentation de solutions ERP pour des entreprises à l'international. Composée d’une équipe dynamique et collaborative, l'entreprise recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de projet ERP pour coordonner la livraison et l'implémentation de ses solutions ERP pour plusieurs entreprises manufacturiers et/ou de distributions en Amérique du Nord et en Europe.

Description du poste

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification, la coordination et la livraison des projets, tout en assurant une communication fluide entre les équipes internes, les partenaires techniques et les utilisateurs.

Rôles et responsabilités

  • Planifier, coordonner et suivre les projets d’implantation ou d’évolution du système ERP.

  • Définir les besoins avec les équipes opérationnelles (finance, production, logistique, ventes).

  • Élaborer et maintenir les calendriers, budgets et plans de projet.

  • Identifier les risques, enjeux et dépendances, et recommander des solutions.

  • Collaborer avec les consultants ERP, développeurs et intégrateurs pour assurer la qualité des livrables.

  • Préparer et animer les rencontres de suivi, rapports d’avancement et comités de pilotage.

  • Assurer la formation et l’accompagnement des utilisateurs clés lors des déploiements.

Qualifications
  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion, technologies de l’information, ingénierie ou domaine connexe ;

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets TI (implémentation, migration ou optimisation) ;

  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et forte capacité à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires ;

  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l’organisation ;

  • Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier ou de distribution (atout) ;

  • Bilinguisme français/anglais requis.
