À titre de Directeur(rice), ERP, vous serez responsable de la stratégie, de l’implantation, de l’exploitation et de l’évolution de la plateforme ERP (Progiciel de gestion intégré) de l’entreprise. Le rôle consiste à s’assurer de l’alignement entre les systèmes, les processus métiers et les objectifs de performance opérationnelle et financière. Plus spécifiquement, vous devrez: Définir et piloter la feuille de route ERP (vision, priorités, bénéfices). Mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance ERP (comité directeur, PMO, architecture). Superviser l’implantation des modules, migration des données, intégrations et stabilisation. Assurer l’exploitation quotidienne (support niveau 2-3, performance, qualité des données). Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (adoption, ROI, délais, coûts). Gérer le budget ERP, les fournisseurs, contrats et SLA. Diriger les initiatives de gestion du changement, adoption, formation et documentation. Collaborer avec les parties prenantes métiers et TI (finances, opérations, RH, sécurité). QUALIFICATIONS 10 à 15 ans d’expérience dans des rôles ERP ou transformation numérique, dont 5 ans en direction ou gestion de programme ERP. Bilingue (français et anglais). La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, car le titulaire sera amené à interagir avec nos clients, partenaires et fournisseurs anglophones. Expertise dans des déploiements ERP de bout en bout. Expertise ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365) - Niveau avancé. Connaissance des processus métiers (finance, chaîne d’approvisionnement, opérations) - Niveau avancé. Intégrations systèmes, gouvernance des données, architecture applicative - Niveau avancé. Gestion de programme, gouvernance TI, budget et contrats - Niveau avancé.
