Nous recherchons un(e) analyste d’affaires curieux(se) pour optimiser cette plateforme et transformer des besoins concrets en solutions efficaces.

Description du poste

Relevant du gestionnaire ERP, vous contribuerez à l’évolution de D365 F&O (analyse, tests, déploiement) à travers les processus clés : approvisionnement, ventes et production.

  • Collaborer avec des experts métier et des responsables de département pour cerner les besoins d’affaires, cartographier les processus de bout en bout et les traduire en exigences claires et exploitables dans D365.
  • Agir comme pont de confiance entre les parties prenantes d’affaires et les TI — en veillant à une compréhension mutuelle et à un alignement des objectifs.
  • Animer des ateliers de définition des besoins et documenter les processus actuels et futurs; créer des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) claires et réellement utilisées.
  • Diriger la gouvernance et la gestion du changement : priorisation, analyse d’impact, assurance qualité (QA), tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) et formation des utilisateurs finaux — pour assurer des déploiements fluides.
  • Évaluer des solutions concurrentes, identifier les risques et aider l’équipe à prendre des décisions éclairées concernant les améliorations du système.
  • Promouvoir l’amélioration continue — en identifiant les inefficacités et en proposant de meilleures façons de travailler.
  • Collaborer avec des partenaires externes (VAR) et soutenir des projets d’intégration pour maximiser la valeur de D365.
  • Mettre en place et soutenir des pratiques de tests automatisés afin de garantir la stabilité du système et détecter les régressions avant qu’elles n’affectent les utilisateurs.
Qualifications

Exigences: 

  • 5+ ans en analyse d’affaires (manufacturier/distribution un atout)
  • Expérience avec D365 F&O (essentiel)
  • Bonne maîtrise Agile/Waterfall
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et résolution de problèmes
  • Baccalauréat pertinent
