Nous recherchons un Chef de projet expérimenté avec une solide expérience des processus de fabrication et de chaîne d’approvisionnement pour diriger divers projets d’implantation d’applications et d’amélioration continue des processus. Responsabilités principales
  • Diriger de bout en bout la livraison de projets d’implantation d’applications, d’améliorations de systèmes et d’initiatives d’optimisation des processus dans les fonctions manufacturières et logistiques.

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins d’affaires, recueillir les exigences et s’assurer que les projets s’alignent sur les objectifs opérationnels.

  • Servir de pont entre les équipes d’affaires et TI, en appliquant à la fois la discipline de gestion de projet et une approche d’analyste fonctionnel.

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain processes to lead a variety of application implementations and continuous business improvement projects. This role goes beyond traditional project management — it requires a professional who understands business processes deeply, can wear multiple hats (PM/BA), and can serve as the go-to resource for both technical teams and business stakeholders.


The successful candidate will combine hands-on business process knowledge (manufacturing, supply chain, finance) with strong project management skills to drive successful implementations of ERP modules, warehouse management systems, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of application implementations, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and ensure projects align with operational goals.

  • Serve as the bridge between business and IT teams, applying both project management discipline and functional analysis mindset.

  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and resources using Monday.com for project and resource planning.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and steering committee updates with clear, professional communication.

  • Support ERP-related initiatives, including supply chain, accounts payable, accounts receivable, warehouse management system implementations, and finance modules.

  • Document processes, requirements, and workflows to ensure alignment and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
