Reporting to the VP, IT - Environmental Business, the PMO Lead - Enterprise ERP Transformation is responsible for leading the end-to-end ERP delivery, initially for the Fort Collins site. The role will implement Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) as the core ERP, deliver a roadmap of continuous improvement enhancements, supported by an integrated application landscape across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and commercial operations.
This position is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and will be hybrid/On-Site (4+ days on-site per week), with the need for occasional travel.
In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like:
  • Leading end-to-end ERP delivery for the Fort Collins site, including scope, schedule, risk management, and communications.

  • Driving disciplined execution using Veralto project governance and VES (Veralto Enterprise System) problem-solving methods.

  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and partnering closely with Veralto's global Business Process Owners.

  • Ensuring alignment with standardized ERP processes already live across four Veralto Environmental sites.

  • Leading change management activities including user readiness, training coordination, and adoption.

  • Overseeing data migration, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization (hypercare).

  • Ensuring compliance with SOX and audit requirements, including ITGCs, access controls, and documentation.

Essential Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience leading ERP or large-scale system implementations.

  • Experience in U.S. manufacturing environments, including operations, supply chain, production, inventory, or finance.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Hands-on expertise with project execution, cutover planning, risk management, and change leadership.

  • Experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial is a plus.

  • Background in M&A integration or ERP deployment for acquired businesses is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
