In this role, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP LN Production Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate plays a crucial role in working to identify requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective Implementation of solutions. As a Production Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our systems support organizational goals, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall business success.


Also work with Items, BOM, Routings, Production, Planning (working with production planners), setting up Workcenters, Machines, capacity planning, Production execution teams, Inventory management, Warehouse management and Quality Management teams ans also verify the existing system setup and improvements.


Key Accountabilities

Production Planning & Scheduling:

  • Develop and implement advanced production planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Analyze capacity, material availability, and resource constraints to create accurate production schedules.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on LN functionalities and best practices.


Process Optimization:

  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions leveraging LN capabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system utilization.


Integration & Data Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between LN systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across planning and manufacturing modules.
  • Identify, track, and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and user stories to understand the needs of various business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, project managers, IT teams) to ensure the proper translation of business requirements into system specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and ineffective utilization of underlying ERP functionality. Propose solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and related system documentation that deliver business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, including developing test plans, test cases, and executing tests to ensure the final product meets functional specifications and performance criteria.
  • Provide guidance and support to developers during the design and implementation phases.
  • Assist with system integration, migration, and rollout of new functionality. Develop and deliver user training to ensure users effectively use the ERP system.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.


What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with business process modeling and system documentation.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
  • Training experience for Production Planning resources (Preferred).
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
  • Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must-have).

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
  • Experience with Infor LN product LN10.7, ERP LN CloudSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Quality Modules.
  • Familiarity with making business analysis and design documents.
  • Knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
