Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Programmer to apply system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems. This role involves configuring, analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining ERP program codes and applications to support various business processes and functions. You will work on elements of large, complex installations and assist with all aspects of programming assignments and systems design.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain ERP program codes and applications.
  • Perform all aspects of programming assignments and assist with systems design.
  • Work on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally serving as a technical leader.
  • Apply knowledge and experience with technology and application development methodologies to perform systems analysis, testing, debugging, file design, and storage.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical staff as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in programming and/or ERP systems analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming techniques and software design.
  • Proficiency in ERP programming languages.
  • Experience with ERP applications or object-oriented analysis and design is preferred.
