Information Technology - ERP Business Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL, 32825, United States

Join a dynamic manufacturing technology team as an ERP Business Analyst specializing in SAP and PeopleSoft. You will drive the design, customization, and integration of enterprise applications to optimize production planning and execution. Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize integrated planning and shop floor processes (MRP, PPDS, SFI/Apriso/MES) supporting production operations.
- Lead functional design sessions to connect planning, scheduling, and manufacturing execution logic.
- Configure and test S/4HANA PPDS, MRP, and SFI interfaces for seamless order, material, and production synchronization.
- Define scheduling strategies, sequencing rules, and ensure data consistency across production systems.
- Author functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and process automation.
- Collaborate with ABAP and MES technical teams to ensure standardized and scalable SAP-manufacturing integrations.
- Support data validation, integration testing, and production readiness for MRP, PPDS, and SFI deployments.
- Develop detailed documentation, testing procedures, and training materials.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and SAP innovations to increase scheduling accuracy and throughput.
- Manage requirements, design documentation, and testing workflows using Jira and SAP Focused Build.
Required Skills and Experience
- Deep experience in production planning, scheduling, and execution within manufacturing.
- Proven skill in authoring functional specifications and translating business needs into technical deliverables.
- Strong collaboration with ABAP and MES developers on integrated solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP PPDS, S/4HANA, production order management, and scheduling logic.
- Expertise in data analysis, identifying process gaps, and driving data-driven decision-making.
- Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience from requirements gathering to go-live.
