Are you a creative, people-first marketer who loves planning unforgettable events, engaging your local community, and telling a brand's story with heart? Hospitality Health ER is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our high-touch, hospitality-first model in East Texas.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Coordinator

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events, school partnerships, and fundraisers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community groups and referral sources
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage internal events and social media initiatives
  • Represent the HHER brand at local Chamber meetings and networking events
  • Coordinate branded giveaways, marketing items, and promo materials
  • Keep inventory of marketing supplies and ensure seamless event preparation and setup
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview location
  • Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at every touchpoint
  • Create and decorate tablescapes, booths, and tents for internal and external events
  • Provide in-person customer service support inside the ER, helping create a welcoming and comforting experience for patients and families

Requirements & Qualifications for the Senior Marketing Coordinator

  • Marketing experience with a strong understanding of community engagement
  • Proven track record that showcases creativity
  • Excellent time management and event planning skills; schedule availability to attend events in early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated integrity as you'll be trusted with a company credit card, vehicle, and petty cash
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional marketing or communications training is a plus
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both internal teams and external community partners
  • Strong organization & prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
