Job Description
• Interprets contract and application language for the verification of support services
• Provides assistance to providers and internal staff to comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements
• Reviews support documentation to ensure its completeness and accuracy prior to payment
• Maintains tracking system to monitor supportive services distributed
• Maintains current on policy changes and modifications affecting support services
• Creates and submits monthly reporting
• Works closely with leadership team to ensure on track spending down supportive service funds.
• Demonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
• Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
• One to three years in workforce development
• Strong customer service skills required
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills, including a positive attitude and good listening skills
• Ability to work with people from various backgrounds and with various needs
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with have strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to work in many different programs/platforms.
• Be reliable and a team-player
