In this role, you will support the administration of our global equity programs and help ensure they operate accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with colleagues across Payroll, Legal, HR, Finance, and external partners to improve processes and deliver a strong employee experience. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, thorough, and enjoys working across teams and time zones. You will contribute to the daily operation and ongoing improvement of NVIDIA’s stock programs in a global public company environment.**What You'll Be Doing:**Equity Operations* Coordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to support compliance and reporting requirements* Support RSU vesting activities, including coordination with Payroll and Finance teams* Help lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions* Support equity transactions and dividend activities where applicable* Assist Payroll teams with equity reporting and reconciliation activitiesEmployee Education and Communication* Develop and maintain clear, accessible resources that help employees understand their equity compensation* Maintain and update content on the Stock Administration intranet site* Support communication initiatives that promote clarity and confidence in equity programsCompliance and Collaboration* Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to support regulatory compliance* Respond to auditor requests and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner* Assist employees with stock plan questions, providing clear and thoughtful guidance* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness**What We Need to See:*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* 5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including exposure to international programs* Knowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation concepts* Strong organization, analysis, and communication skills* Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* CEP certification or progress toward certification is a plus**Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:*** Experience with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform* Exposure to equity programs in Israel, China, or Vietnam* Experience improving stock administration processes through automation or data toolsWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
