Role Description The Equipment Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Crown Point, IN. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and forklifts to support excavation, grading, material handling, and general site work. Day-to-day tasks include safely maneuvering equipment, following project plans and supervisor instructions, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any mechanical issues. The Equipment Operator will assist with maintaining clean and organized work areas, adhere to safety regulations and company policies, and coordinate with crew members to complete projects on schedule. This role may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks related to construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including experience with general Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment.
