SUMMARY

Responsible for the successful operation of the store during evening hours. Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure all operational and service expectations are met in alignment with the company's standards and values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ย ย  ย Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times.
ย ย  ย Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager.
ย ย  ย Ensure that each department is staffed appropriately and operating efficiently throughout the evening.
ย ย  ย Ensure teammates are on task and proper closing procedures are followed.
ย ย  ย Address and resolve customer concerns, teammate issues, and operational disruptions in a timely, professional manner.
ย ย  ย Monitor merchandising and store conditions; ensure sales floors are clean, safe, and fully stocked.
ย ย  ย Enforce safety and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
ย ย  ย Support execution of in-store promotions, seasonal transitions, and merchandising resets.
ย ย  ย Collaborate with Team Leaders and evening teammates to maintain store appearance and product availability.
ย ย  ย Ensure teammates follow dress code, timekeeping procedures, and company policies.
ย ย  ย Control shrink by adhering to loss prevention guidelines and enforcing store policies.
ย ย  ย Utilize store systems and tools to manage workflows and communicate with leadership.

ย ย  ย Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

ย ย  ย Must be at least 18 years of age
ย ย  ย Satisfactory performance reviews. ย 
ย ย  ย Strong communication and leadership skills.ย 
ย ย  ย Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives. ย 
ย ย  ย Ability to work independently and take initiative during non-peak management hours.
ย ย  ย High School diploma or equivalent
ย ย  ย Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three years experience in a grocery or retail environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with Golub Corp. operations, systems, and procedures.
  • College coursework or degree in business or related field.
