Job description

GameStop is looking for an EPM Analyst to join our SAP support team. This person will be cross technical in FCCS and PBCS working directly with FP&A and accounting. Must take initiatives and support the system as and when needed especially during off hours. Must have good exposure to Data Management concepts.

This position will sit onsite in Grapevine, TX 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle FCCS and PBCS applications to meet business requirements.
  • Manage financial close and consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal entries, and reporting.
  • Support FCCS close process and Monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting cycles. Develop and maintain metadata, rules, forms, and reports in FCCS.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand month closing issues.
  • Proficient in dilution/ acquisition, ownership process.
  • Hands on experience in Narrative reporting. Should be able to design/create complex reporting on PBCS/FCCS.
  • Familiarity with source systems like SAP / workday / Navision.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' with EPM end to end implementation experience. Must have support experience and experience in critical scenario handling.
  • Experience with data integration tools such as Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, or similar.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot FCCS/PBCS system issues and coordinate with Oracle support as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the close and consolidation process.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience working with Oracle FCCS , PBCS , Narrative Reporting, Data Management. Knowledge of other EPM tools is plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial close processes.
  • Proficient in Smart View, Excel, and Oracle EPM reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
  • Knowledge of scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager, Business Rules).
