Head JV Boys' Soccer Coach

Who You Are

The Episcopal Academy is looking for a skilled coach to join our competitive Boys' Soccer program for the 2026 season. This role involves supporting the Varsity Head Coach in organizing practice sessions and focusing on the athletic training, instruction, and conditioning of our student-athletes. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

About You

The ideal candidate for the Head JV Boys' Soccer Coach candidate will possess the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a High School Diploma or an equivalent credential.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a coaching capacity.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organization, time management, and interpersonal communication.
  • A valid driver's license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • The capability to mentor student-athletes of varying skill levels and from diverse backgrounds.

Desired Qualifications:

  • An understanding of soccer tactics and gameplay.
  • Experience coaching at the high school level, with collegiate experience being a plus.
  • A strong enthusiasm for competitive athletics and player development.
  • Advanced skills in communication and time management.
  • Formal coaching licensure and prior coaching experience in the field.
