What is an Epicor administrator?

Epicor Administrators are IT professionals responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within an organization. They handle tasks such as user setup, security permissions, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity. Epicor Administrators also work with various departments to customize and configure the ERP system to meet business needs, support end-users, and collaborate with vendors for technical support. Their expertise ensures that the Epicor system runs smoothly and efficiently to support daily business operations.
