Job Description


We are seeking a EPIC Outpatient - Ambulatory EHR/EpicCare Link Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EpicCare Ambulatory and EpicCare Link build, testing, and support and a proven ability to translate clinical needs into scalable configurations, resolve tickets promptly, and optimize outpatient workflows.


Responsibilities:



  • Design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory applications and EpicCare Link for community provider access.

  • Translate outpatient clinical and operational requirements into system configurations and workflows.

  • Troubleshoot incidents and defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

  • Proactively manage ServiceNow tickets from intake through closure with clear documentation.

  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and IT teams to optimize ambulatory workflows and user experience.

  • Support Go-Live activities on-site from 11/7 to 11/20, including 10-hour shifts and coordination center coverage.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Epic certifications: Outpatient Ambulatory and EpicCare Link.

  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing EpicCare Ambulatory and Link components.

  • Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to partner with clinical stakeholders.

  • Ownership mindset with a record of picking up and closing tickets without assignment.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience supporting ambulatory Go-Lives and command center operations.

  • Background in outpatient clinical workflows, provider onboarding, and external access management.
