Scheurer Health-Harbor Beach is seeking a full-time Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, optimization, maintenance, and end-user support of patient care technologies throughout the hospital and affiliated clinical settings, with a primary focus on the Epic electronic health record system
  • Partner closely with clinical staff, providers, operational leaders, and IT teams to support successful go-lives, workflow adoption, issue resolution, system optimization, and integration of technologies that support patient care and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Healthcare, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, related field, or equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum one year experience supporting healthcare workflows in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and healthcare technology applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a face-paced environment
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Follow written and oral instructions
