Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, in our Yorkville location to join the team. Qualifications:1. Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois2. Board certified or eligible
3. Active DEA and Illinois Controlled SubstanceLicense
4. The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the health care team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner.
5. Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for specialty area.
6. The ability to perform effectively and efficiently under the pressure of stressful emergency situations.
7. Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
8. Ability to work a flexible schedule and to assist in covering vacancies when necessary.Position Highlights:

  • 2- year salary guarantee from $222,000- $356,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
What you will need:
  • License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
  • Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
What you will do:
  • Development of clinical practice.
  • A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
  • Participation in weekend and weekday call.
  • Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
