Job description

Epic Certified Cupid Analyst SPHS-Info Tech-Clinical Sys The Epic Certified Cupid Analyst will: Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications (e.g., Cupid, Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, etc., based on assigned module) Support clinical workflows including documentation, order entry, medication management, care planning, and clinical decision support. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives

Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build. Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field, RN preferred but not required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or clinical operations supporting Epic Experience with application support, troubleshooting, testing, and change management Understanding of clinical workflows in assigned clinical module(s) Clinical and technical problem-solving skills Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions Strong collaboration and customer-service mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Commitment to patient safety, quality, and clinician experience Epic certification required We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
