Medlytix is an industry leading healthcare technology company specializing in the field of predictive analytics. Utilizing sophisticated data mining and scoring strategies, the company has successfully enhanced revenue cycles and collections for our clients across the country.

Medlytix is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Implementation Specialist to support our Client Success Engineering team. This role will play a critical part in managing client onboarding projects, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring internal teams stay aligned across fast-moving priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in cross-functional environments, and has experience in healthcare tech, data workflows, or payer-provider integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and own new client implementation project plans for clients onboarding and;
  • Support creation and refinement of onboarding documentation and process templates
  • Ensure timely go-live dates are achieved.
  • Coordinate internal and external implementation meetings.
  • Facilitate client kickoff, milestone check-ins, and stabilization calls
  • Coordinate task completion with internal and external teams by;
    • Track and manage deliverables across internal teams (IT, Analytics, Dev, CSE, Client Services)
    • Maintain and update internal project trackers, Jira boards, and status dashboards
    • Ensure clients meet required milestones (e.g., file delivery, SFTP setup, plan mappings)
  • Coordinate post-go-live reconciliation and reporting efforts
  • Proactively communicate risks, blockers and progress to stakeholders
  • Effectively present complex concepts to various audiences
  • Lead other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etc
  • Other activities as requested.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years in project management, implementation, or client delivery roles
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving results through influence
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Excel)
  • Experience in healthcare data, EHR (EPIC a plus), or payer workflows preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

  • PMP or other project management certifications
  • Familiarity with SFTP, file formats (pipe-delimited, flat files), or healthcare data structures
  • Experience supporting revenue cycle, eligibility, or insurance discovery processes
