• Active Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification
• Previous Epic implementation experience
• Experience supporting Epic build, workflow design, testing, and optimization
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Play a critical role in system design and workflow transformation
• Partner with key business and clinical stakeholders
• Participate in build, testing, go-live, and optimization activities

Candidates must have current Epic HB certification to be considered.

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic Resolute Hospital Billing functionality
• Serve as the primary application expert for HB workflows and configuration
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state workflow solutions
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic build
• Participate in unit, integrated, and system testing activities
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement system enhancements
• Support release management and change control processes
• Assist with go-live planning, activation readiness, and post-go-live support
• Create and maintain documentation, build records, and testing materials
• Partner with training teams to support end-user adoption and education
• Provide project updates and collaborate across interdisciplinary teams

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
