Bilingual Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) - English/Spanish

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician to join our growing primary care team in Illinois. Whether you're an experienced physician or a recent residency graduate ready to begin your career, we welcome candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding patient care in a collaborative environment.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work alongside Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Care Managers, and specialists to deliver high-quality, coordinated care across the lifespan.
What You'll Do
Comprehensive Patient Care
  • Provide outpatient primary care services for patients across all ages (Family Medicine or Med-Peds scope).
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical examinations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
Collaborative Care
  • Work closely with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Managers, Behavioral Health, and specialty teams.
  • Supervise and collaborate with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners as appropriate.
  • Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
Clinical Excellence
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Stay current on evidence-based medicine and clinical best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
    • Family Medicine or
    • Internal Medicine & Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
  • Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • DEA license and controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous outpatient primary care experience is preferred, but recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with value-based care or population health is a plus.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR); Athena experience is a plus.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $200,000-$300,000 annually, based on experience
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually based on productivity and performance
