Job description

The HDE Analyst supports project identification, scoping, and socialization for provider EMR connection, ESF2 supplemental data, and HEDIS optimization initiatives — working closely with delivery personnel to execute against defined timelines and milestones. Commitment to societal impact through improved member outcomes and decreased healthcare costs is essential to this role. What You'll Do Project Identification & Scoping Identify, scope, and socialize projects related to provider EMR connection, ESF2 supplemental data, and HEDIS optimization initiatives. Work closely with delivery personnel to execute against defined timelines and milestones. EMR Connectivity Configuration Own the configuration side of provider EMR connectivity, including targeted extract creation and optimization. Configure filtering and mapping logic to support accurate, reliable data flow. Manage membership delivery and perform general troubleshooting and optimization tasks. Project Tracking & Reporting In collaboration with HDE colleagues and managers, develop and maintain project tracking mechanisms that provide accountability and leadership transparency across HDE, HEDIS, and Provider Enablement workstreams. Track status and progress on live and optimized capabilities. Vendor & Provider Engagement Support vendor- and provider-facing tasks, including opportunity identification, analysis, and communication. Prepare and maintain materials to streamline provider socialization and adoption. Who You Are Required Bachelor's degree. Certification in one or more of: EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Healthy Planet, Epic Referrals and Authorizations, Epic Care Everywhere, Epic Health Information Management, and/or Epic Bridges. Payer or large academic Epic managerial experience. Preferred Implementation exposure to HEDIS, Clinical Documentation Integrity, Release of Information, Risk Adjustment, Value-Based Care, and/or CMS-0057. Proficiency in the Epic Clarity Data Model, Epic Clinical Data Model, and/or Epic Cogito Tools Admin. Proficiency in business intelligence development tasks such as query optimization and job automation (SQL, JSON, Python, SSMS, et al.). Clinical background. Prior experience within an EMR vendor implementation and/or technical services team.
