Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and deploy Epic reports and dashboards
  • Create and maintain Epic Radar dashboards and metrics
  • Build Cogito SQL reports and metric framework components
  • Develop SQL stored procedures for clinical reporting requests
  • Support operational and regulatory reporting initiatives
  • Validate, modify, and document custom SQL metrics
Stakeholder & Project Support
  • Gather and document reporting requirements
  • Work directly with operational and clinical leadership teams
  • Lead analytics projects from intake through deployment
  • Provide project estimates, updates, and status reporting
  • Communicate risks, issues, and timelines to stakeholders
SDLC & Best Practices
  • Follow SDLC processes including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Design documentation
    • Testing & validation
    • UAT support
    • Production deployment
    • Documentation
  • Conduct SQL code reviews and peer reviews
  • Mentor junior developers when needed
Required Qualifications Epic & Healthcare Analytics Experience
  • 3+ years of Epic Clarity Data Model development experience
  • Experience with:
    • EpicCare Ambulatory
    • Epic Inpatient (IP)
  • Experience building analytics/reporting solutions in healthcare environments
Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of SQL query and stored procedure development
  • Strong experience working with Epic Clarity data
  • Experience with:
    • Epic Cogito SQL
    • Radar
    • SlicerDicer
    • Reporting Workbench
    • Metric Framework
