Job Description We are seeking an Epic Willow Home Infusion Analyst to join our dynamic Healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Willow Home Infusion configuration, infusion pharmacy workflows, and EHR support operations, and a proven ability to optimize home infusion processes across the continuum of care from inpatient discharge through home-based therapy. Responsibilities: Serve as the SME for Epic Willow Home Infusion workflows and configurations. Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance, meeting defined SLAs. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Monitor and resolve error queues, interfaces, and workflow defects for home infusion. Support label and printer configurations for medication preparation and delivery. Build, configure, and optimize Epic Willow Home Infusion modules and workflows. Develop and maintain infusion medication builds and complex billing rules. Integrate Home Infusion with Ambulatory and Inpatient Epic systems. Lead or contribute to system design, testing, go-live, and multi-site scaling. Liaise with client stakeholders, clinical teams, and offshore support teams. Coordinate care workflows across pharmacy, nursing, and home care services. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards. Support audit readiness and deliver end-user training and materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: Active Epic Willow Home Infusion certification, maintained and current. 4+ years in Epic application management and EHR support operations with SLA adherence. Hands-on configuration of Epic Willow Home Infusion, including medication builds and billing rules. Experience with home infusion workflows, medication preparation, compounding, delivery logistics, and administration tracking. Integration experience across Home Infusion, Ambulatory, and Inpatient Epic modules. Ability to troubleshoot interfaces, monitor error queues, and support label/printer setups. Strong analytical problem solving, documentation, and training delivery skills. Excellent communication with pharmacists, nurses, and care coordination staff. Preferred Skills: Additional Epic certifications such as Willow Inpatient, Willow Ambulatory, or Bugsy. Experience coordinating with offshore teams and distributed support models. Background in healthcare IT consulting or large health system environments. Additional Details: Education: High School diploma required. Work Location: Remote. Vaccination Mandate: No. Industry Experience: Required due to certification needs and interaction with healthcare teams.
