Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst initiates the implementation, builds, and modifies of the application, and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, vendors and application team members to optimize the applicationโ€™s configuration, function, and access. Utilizing knowledge of charging and billing operations, the Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst will lead, coordinate, review, analyze, and maintain Epic systems, including specification gathering, configuration, testing, modification, activation and ongoing support.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Epic Certifications in one or more Epic applications (required within 90 days of hire)


Experience

  • Familiarity with legal requirements and operational policies related to patient and family privacy practices

  • EHR Configuration and Build Experience


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of system development methodology and principles of project management.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of billing systems.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff.

  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.


License/Certification/Registration
