Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified

What We Offer to our Maintenance Technicians
  • Pay: $22-24/hour (and up, depending on experience)
  • On-call pay:
    • $150/week (calls or no calls)
    • Additional $150 per holiday on-call

Your Schedule as a Maintenance Technician
  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours/week)
  • Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

What You'll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician
  • Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments
  • Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items
  • Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Physical & Technical Requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
  • Ability to drive a golf cart
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Background check required
