Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary Skill: Agile Tools including JIRA
Secondary: Tableau (Usage), Vulnerability management and Non-permitted Technology (NPT) understanding
Tertiary : MS Office (MS-EXCEL)
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
The Project Analyst for the End of Life (EOL) program will ensure remediation plans are in place per SLA and provide weekly reporting to application team partners. Duties related to reporting and communication to support the broader EOL team in tracking plan date adherence and updates will also be required.
Responsibilities will include:
โ€ข Plan tracking: For new items, ensure plan dates are entered in system of record within SLA. Partner with team leads to obtain dates for update.
โ€ข Reporting: Weekly inventory updates to application teams with key messages and focus area guidance. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
โ€ข Governance: Provide data input and support to Date Modification process to support team leads moving date changes through the required governance process.
โ€ข Documentation: Create and/or update procedure documents related to assigned duties.
