Job description

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: The Contractor shall provide the following services in support of EOD and CP Program Management Support.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist/conduct a variety of evaluation analysis, studies, and evaluation of alternative approaches for the development or enhancement of SOF capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and assistance on a variety of program financial management and program reporting functions to include budget/financial plan development and recommendations, cost and schedule oversight, and project execution and financial plan reviews

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Naval EOD school.
  • Master EOD Technician Certification.
  • More than four years' experience with practical experience in the development, use and application of EOD Tactics, Techniques and Procedures to include Counter-proliferation missions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • Work may be performed in an indoor or outdoor environment, office, and on occasion, deployment to remote test sites; both continental United States (US), and on occasion, outside the US. Deployments from the test facility are typically no longer than one to two weeks in nature and well planned out ahead of time.
  • Worksite is rudimentary, clothing is typically relaxed business casual, and occasional formal attire may be required for briefings/meetings and will be specified by supervisors in advance.
