About the Role Transformation Program Manager

The Transformation Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and projects that improve how Enclave Property Management operates. This role serves as a catalyst for organizational transformation by partnering with leadership to design, plan, govern, implement, and measure initiatives that enhance operational performance, elevate the resident and employee experience, and position the organization for scalable growth.

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiative Leadership:

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through operational adoption.
  • Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable implementation plans.
  • Develop comprehensive initiative plans including scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, dependencies, communication strategies, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives while balancing organizational priorities and operational capacity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
  • Identify organizational risks, implementation barriers, and resource constraints while proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain visibility into initiative progress and organizational impacts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Business Transformation & Process Improvement:

  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, scalability, and the overall resident and employee experience.
  • Lead cross-functional process redesign initiatives that align with organizational strategy and Standards of Excellence.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, workflow analysis, and future-state process design.
  • Document operational workflows, business requirements, decision points, and organizational impacts.
  • Ensure process improvements balance operational effectiveness, compliance, technology capabilities, financial considerations, and long-term sustainability.

Organizational Change Management:

  • Develop comprehensive implementation strategies that drive successful organizational adoption.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communication plans, implementation schedules, pilot programs, and readiness activities.
  • Lead organizational change efforts by identifying adoption risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating cross-department collaboration.
  • Partner with the Regional Support Manager to ensure Standards of Excellence, documentation, support processes, compliance requirements, training materials, competency expectations, and operational readiness are established prior to rollout.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and provide informed Go/No-Go recommendations for organizational deployments.

Governance & Organizational Health:

  • Develop dashboards, initiative reporting, and organizational health updates that provide meaningful insight into strategic initiative performance.
  • Prepare and present clear updates regarding initiative progress, organizational impacts, emerging risks, key decisions, and recommendations.
  • Monitor organizational readiness and implementation effectiveness throughout each initiative.
  • Ensure initiative sponsors maintain visibility into initiative health through consistent governance, reporting, and communication.
  • Elevate risks, barriers, and decision points after they become operational challenges.
  • Provide the Director of Operations with timely, meaningful information to support leadership communication and organizational decision-making.

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish measurable success criteria and performance indicators for strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze implementation outcomes, operational performance, adoption trends, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and facilitate lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities for future operational improvements based on organizational performance and business outcomes.
  • Recommend strategic enhancements that support Enclave's long-term operational maturity and growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Build trusted relationships across Property Management, Facilities, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Asset Management, Legal, and external business partners.
  • Facilitate productive discussions among diverse stakeholders while balancing competing priorities.
  • Influence without direct authority by building credibility, fostering collaboration, and maintaining organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a champion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and organizational innovation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • Two or more years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, business transformation efforts, operational excellence programs and projects, enterprise software implementations, or organizational change initiatives or similar work.
  • Demonstrated success managing initiatives from concept through operational adoption.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience within property management, multi-site operations, hospitality, healthcare, retail, financial services, or another operationally complex industry preferred
