Job description

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Environmental Program Support Technician to join our Team in Panama City.
This position requires interaction with technical, scientific, and management personnel at all levels to ensuring effective information exchange within the environmental program. The selected candidate will handle tasks related to the collection, analysis, and management of environmental data, as well as assist in various environmental compliance and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload data and forms into databases, Microsoft TEAMS, and SharePoint.
• Collect field data, analyze the results, and create or update associated databases.
• Maintain current and accurate information in environmental databases.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of Environmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
• Provide support for environmental inspections, including assistance in conducting inspections and tracking the outcomes.
• Track action items related to environmental planning and oversight of acquisition infrastructure support projects.
• Monitor corrective actions and resolution of findings identified in internal and external environmental program self-assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to share information and support environmental program activities.
• Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to ensure seamless coordination and documentation.
Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience using database systems and electronic media for data entry, revision, tracking, and storage, particularly in support of environmental analysis and compliance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to obtain and maintain qualifications to access and manage information up to and including the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level.
• Familiarity with U.S. Navy environmental programs and compliance standards is a plus.
