We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that bring bestselling books, digital resources, children's products, and innovative publishing projects to life. If you're a creative strategist who loves combining data, storytelling, and collaboration to drive results, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of products, leading campaigns from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. You'll collaborate with talented teams across publishing, editorial, sales, digital, and ministry while serving as the primary marketing contact for authors, agents, and public relations partners.
You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for books, digital resources, children's products, and strategic publishing initiatives.
  • Create go-to-market strategies that increase revenue, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and recommend strategic investments that maximize return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning with editorial, sales, production, digital, and ministry teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with authors, agents, media partners, and external agencies.
  • Identify new audience growth opportunities, marketing channels, and innovative promotional strategies.
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.

What You Bring
We're looking for a strategic marketer who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for delivering measurable business results.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Marketing experience within book publishing or Christian publishing.
  • Experience marketing children's products or educational resources.
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, or Asana.
  • Graphic design or basic video/audio editing experience.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and public relations campaigns.
