About Quality Choice | CDMA

Quality Choice | CDMA is a privately held wholesaler headquartered in Novi, Michigan, offering more than 1,000 private-label over-the-counter health, beauty, and wellness products under our trademarked Quality Choice brand.

About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies, materials, and campaigns that support all CDMA departments. This role oversees the Marketing team, manages company branding and digital presence, and collaborates cross-functionally to promote products, programs, and initiatives throughout the year. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving engagement, visibility, and growth for CDMA and Quality Choice.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Oversee the development and execution of all CDMA marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Create and implement targeted customer communications across multiple channels.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Monitor marketing trends and industry developments to inform strategy and initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and provide leadership to the Marketing department, including direct supervision of the Graphic Designer.
  • Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Work cooperatively with all departments to support organizational goals.

Product & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with department heads to support new product launches, product updates, and promotional opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales department on customer marketing promotions and projects.
  • Partner with the Purchasing department and suppliers on new product development, including: graphics, labeling, and related materials.

Digital & eCommerce Marketing

  • Maintain and update the Quality Choice website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Manage and support eCommerce marketing promotions and related projects.
  • Support digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and online visibility including social media.

Industry & Brand Visibility

  • Manage marketing outreach through industry trade journals and related publications to increase CDMA exposure.
  • Represent marketing initiatives in support of company events and programs as needed.

Other Responsibilities

  • Stay current on marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional marketing/brand management experience.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher and Excel.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and dedication to quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to CDMA’s mission and values.
  • Photography experience preferred.
