- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
- Execute in-situ and ex-situ remediation applications using a range of treatment chemistries and technologies.
- Support field operations, including system installation, injection activities, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety plans, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across all activities.
- Support supervision and coordination of field personnel to drive safe, high-quality execution.
- Conduct and support laboratory testing and treatability studies to inform project design and optimization.
- Interpret field and laboratory data to evaluate system performance and support technical decision-making.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and prepare specialized equipment to ensure readiness for field deployment.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and inventory to support efficient project delivery.
- Identify operational challenges and contribute to continuous improvement in field execution and technical approaches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental remediation, field operations, or related technical role.
- Demonstrated experience with remediation systems, chemical applications, and field-based project execution.
- Track record of delivering projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client outcomes in a dynamic, execution-focused environment.
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repair.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform field work in physically demanding situations.
- Will need to obtain OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper training.
- Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Willingness to travel to project sites (15%–30% of the time), primarily in the US but could potentially be international. Must hold (or able to obtain) passport for work-related travel.

- Tackle high-impact environmental challenges and contribute to meaningful, real-world solutions.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of advanced remediation technologies.
