We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead high-visibility projects and drive delivery of scalable, customer-centric software solutions. This role combines technical leadership + active coding + team management in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality, outcome-driven solutions
  • Stay hands-on with coding, design, and code reviews
  • Drive architecture, system design, and engineering best practices
  • Implement Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security, Infrastructure)
  • Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability
  • Support modern deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, MVP releases)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Frontend: Angular, React
    • Backend: Node.js, Python, C#, .NET Core, Golang
  • Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
  • Expertise in system design, OOP/OOD, and architecture
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud (PaaS, FaaS, microservices)
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, GitHub, ADO, SonarQube
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe/Lean environments

Preferred Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI
