This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule* $22 - $25/hr depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)* Shift availability is subject to change* 1st shift: 7am -- 3pm* 2nd shift premium $1/hr / 3pm -11pm* 3rd shift $2/hr / 11pm -- 7am* Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as neededWhat You'll Do* Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines* Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs* Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime* Inspect product quality and minimize waste* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement* Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyWhat You Need* 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience* Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills* Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances* Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliablePhysical Requirements* Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs* Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYERINDCVOP
