Your Commission

You’re the Right Fit If You Are…
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- Self-motivated and driven by goals, not just a paycheck

- Coachable — ready to follow a proven system and do the work
- Prior sales experience a plus, absolutely not required
Compensation Details
Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $48,000 – $180,000/year based on performance
Flexible, self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability
All leads, marketing, signs, and business expenses provided by the team
