Key Responsibilities Wireless Deployment & Project Support • Support large-scale wireless AP installation across 75+ locations • Review survey information to generate site specific SOWs • Build and configure locations within the Meraki dashboard • Assist with basic switch configurations and network setup tasks • Coordinate hardware shipment logistics (packing, labeling, tracking, receiving) • Track deployment progress and maintain accurate records of site completion • Partner with project managers and internal teams to meet deployment timelines • Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers Firewall Refresh & Project Support • Support the firewall refresh deployment at 100 locations • Configure FortiGate firewalls utilizing existing processes and scripts • Coordinate hardware shipment logistics (packing, labeling, tracking, receiving) • Assist in confirmation tasks related to the installation of new firewalls • Assist in troubleshooting network issues, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed • Track deployment progress and maintain accurate records of site completion • Partner with project managers and internal teams to meet deployment timelines • Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers Administrative & Coordination Support • Maintain detailed documentation of network environments and deployment activities • Track weekly progress metrics • Manage multiple workstreams across multiple deployments • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
