DSI Systems Inc., an authorized partner of DIRECTV, is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Lodging & Institutions sales team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, ready to take the first step in their career, and thrives in a supportive, family-owned business environment. At DSI, we value growth from within-many of our leaders started in entry-level positions just like this one.

As part of our team, you will help bring DIRECTV services to hotels, senior living communities, and other lodging facilities by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and partnering with local dealers. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales and account management while working closely with a team that values collaboration, trust, and genuine customer relationships.

*THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION THAT WILL REPORT TO OUR URBANDALE, IOWA OFFICE*
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to hotels, senior living facilities, and other lodging locations in your assigned region to identify potential new customers for DIRECTV services
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing accounts
  • Collaborate with assigned dealer partners to uncover additional sales opportunities
  • Follow up on marketing initiatives and assist in turning leads into new business
  • Support dealer partners in closing deals and winning contracts
  • Work independently while staying connected to a supportive, collaborative team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, and driven to succeed with integrity
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously grow
