Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Events Planning Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of seminars, educational workshops, webinars, and client appreciation events. This role is ideal for a highly organized, results-driven professional who enjoys leading projects, improving processes, and delivering consistently high-quality events. The successful candidate will take ownership of event operations, manage multiple priorities, and ensure every event is executed with precision and professionalism.

We are committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee seminars, webinars, educational workshops, and client appreciation events.
  • Lead the events team and manage event logistics, schedules, vendors, and execution.
  • Confirm attendees, coordinate follow-up activities, and schedule qualified prospects for advisor consultations.
  • Monitor KPIs, event performance, and post-event results while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting, and event documentation.
  • Troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and ensure events consistently meet firm standards.
  • Support event promotions, social media updates, and post-event communications.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in event planning, event management, or a related leadership role.
  • Must have had previous experience leading a team
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in corporate events, marketing, hospitality, or client engagement preferred.
  • Availability for Tuesday and Thursday evening events, Friday afternoon events, and two to three weekends annually
  • Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement
