The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the systems and platforms that power marketing campaigns and audience engagement. This position sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, helping manage CRM and email platforms, optimizing marketing tools, managing website and app content, and translating marketing data to actionable insights that further support live event marketing initiatives.

This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00.

  • Support the day-to-day management and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and CMS tools.
  • Help maintain integrations and data flows across marketing platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement marketing automations that increase efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Document processes, best practices, and platform usage to support team adoption and consistency.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Create and maintain audience segments using CRM data and behavioral insights.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy, including links, personalization, and targeting.
  • Create and manage automated email journeys and trigger-based communications to support lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain customer data hygiene, including list management, deduplication, and segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting on key metrics.
  • Manage updates and content within the website and App CMS.
  • Ensure web and app content aligns with marketing campaigns and is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with third-party website developer to troubleshoot website issues, build bespoke campaign-specific landing pages, etc.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track marketing performance.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion trends, supporting campaign analysis and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Help ensure tracking accuracy and data quality across marketing platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology.
  • Experience working with CRM or email marketing platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and website CMS platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience using SQL for data queries or segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing data and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.
