Position


MedTech Sales Executive / Sales Associate


Location


DallasFort Worth, TX

Role Overview


This is a field-based MedTech sales role focused on expanding adoption of SurgeonsLabs
simulation platforms across hospitals, academic institutions, and MedTech partners. The roleinvolves direct engagement with surgeons, physicians, engineers, and clinical stakeholders, including onsite product demonstrations in simulation labs and clinical trainingenvironments.


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Account Development


Identify, qualify, and develop new hospital, academic, and MedTech accounts
Create and execute account-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting demonstration proposal closing
(MEDDIC approach)
Act as the primary commercial interface between customer needs and internal
technical, R&D, and engineering teams


Product Demonstration & Clinical Engagement


Conduct onsite and virtual product demonstrations
Present technical and clinical value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders
Support training sessions, workshops, conferences, and industry events
Operate confidently in simulation labs, skills labs, and clinical environments


Market Intelligence & Strategy


Monitor competitive activity and evolving healthcare trends
Promote new product launches and strategic initiatives
Gather structured market feedback and share insights with leadership and product
teams


Reporting & Collaboration


Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity tracking, and pipeline forecasts
Provide regular updates on territory progress, opportunities, and challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, and leadership teams


Travel


Travel may be required based on business needs, customer engagements, events, andterritory coverage
Travel scope and frequency may vary and is not limited to a fixed region


Qualifications


Entry-Level Variant


Education & Experience


Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
OR
Associate degree or relevant medical/clinical certification (CST, RN, RT, PT, etc.)


Experience


Minimum 2 years of professional experience or internship in:
o Medical devices
o Healthcare technology
o Diagnostics
o Clinical, technical, or healthcare-facing roles

Comfort working in simulation labs and OR-adjacent environments
Fundamental understanding of human anatomy and clinical workflows
