Requirements
Position Summary:
WIN Technology is seeking a Salesforce Administrator I to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, and FormAssembly.
This is an onsite position based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Candidates must be able to work onsite during normal business hours.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone beginning their Salesforce career who has a strong technical aptitude, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about learning how technology supports business operations. The Salesforce Administrator I will work closely with experienced team members, business analysts, stakeholders, and technology teams to support users, maintain the Salesforce platform, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates effectively, enjoys working with both technology and people, and is excited to grow into a well-rounded Salesforce and Business Systems professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration & Support
- Assist with the administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, and data management
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow automation under the guidance of senior team members
- Troubleshoot user issues, resolve routine support requests, and escalate complex issues as needed
- Assist with testing, documenting, and implementing Salesforce enhancements and new functionality
Business Process & Requirements Support
- Partner with business users and team members to gather and document business requirements
- Assist in translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows and improve the user experience
- Support user acceptance testing and validation of new features
- Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Complete assigned work within sprint timelines while maintaining quality
- Continuously develop Salesforce knowledge through Trailhead, certifications, and hands-on experience
- Recommend ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities
Data Quality & Reporting
- Assist with data imports, exports, validation, and cleanup activities
- Support data governance efforts to improve data quality and consistency
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide meaningful business insights
- Help identify opportunities to improve reporting and operational efficiency
User Support & Documentation
- Serve as a first point of contact for Salesforce user questions and support requests
- Assist with onboarding and training new Salesforce users
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Promote user adoption through responsive support and continuous improvement
Tools, Integrations & Platform Support
- Learn and assist in supporting Conga (Composer and CLM), FormAssembly, and other Salesforce integrations
- Participate in release management activities, testing, and deployments using tools such as Gearset
- Follow established security, user access, and data protection practices
- Assist in monitoring platform health and identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exposure to Salesforce through coursework, Trailhead, internships, personal projects, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help others succeed
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work onsite at WIN Technology's Eau Claire, Wisconsin office during normal business hours
- Candidates must currently reside within 75 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, or relocate within that distance before their start date
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Internship or professional experience supporting Salesforce
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Exposure to Salesforce Flow or other automation tools
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Exposure to Conga, FormAssembly, Gearset, or similar business systems tools
- Interest in business process improvement and user experience
Work Conditions/Equipment:
Most work performed indoors. Physical activity consists of normal office work and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Utilization of basic office machines and computer equipment. Regular travel is not anticipated, however occasional local and regional travel may be necessary to complete a job task or assignment.
